About Regular Sessions

Our regular classes are slow paced, and include simple yet powerful exercise that are rooted in the tradition of classical Hatha Yoga that fire up the joints, muscles and energy system, leading to an upsurge of energy, aliveness and alertness also builds strength and endurance to move to advance level of asanas. With inclusion of pranayama and meditation these classes are perfect for those who are looking to make yoga a part of their life experience sense of stability peace and tranquility in both body and mind.
Yoa may take a resolute decision by joining these sessions for a short span of 3 months and then see the progress as a result of regularised practise
