About Yoga for Children
To make the blossoming buds alive and experience a sense of belonging, at Sthiram we offer Yoga for kids.
Yoga is taught according to the requirements and situations of each individual. Not everything that is taught to adults should be taught to children, which leads to wellbeing and the proper development of body and mind so that they live in optimal health and inner peace.
The classes are fun filled and experiential including games and healthy snacks.
